Principle

Material powder particles in the material container (fluidized bed) was boiling in a fluidized state by the heated air is preheated and mixed after purification, the binder solution sprayed into the spray, so some particles to contain a binder pellets, since the hot air drying of materials continue to make pellets in the water evaporates, the adhesive sets, this process is repeated continuously, form an ideal, uniform microporous spherical particles.
