Brief Introduction:
Vibrating fluidized bed dryer is a kind of strengthened drying device with special purpose, which is usually used for the final drying of materials. Due to the fluidization of materials by mechanical vibration in the drying process, it is not only beneficial to the turbulent boundary layer, but also to ensure that the drying equipment works under relatively stable hydrodynamic conditions. In addition to good drying function, the equipment can also be equipped with granulation, cooling, screening and conveying processes according to the process requirements. At present, it has been widely used in sugar making, medicine, chemical fertilizer, chemical industry, plastics, dairy products, salt industry, mining and metallurgy and other industrial sectors. This technology is basically mature and has formed series.

Characteristics:

1. The raw material is heated evenly, the heat exchange is sufficient, the drying intensity is high, and the energy saving is 30% - 50% compared with the ordinary dryer; 2. Working Principle
At present, the most widely used horizontal vibrating fluidized bed dryer has similar shape and basic structure to ordinary horizontal fluidized bed dryer. The utility model is provided with a spring on both sides of the machine body and vibrates slightly on one side of the motor body. The material fluidizes by mechanical vibration and perforated air flow, and moves forward under the action of vibration. The machine generates exciting force by the throwing of vibration motor. The material jumps forward under the action of the exciting force in the given direction. At the same time, the hot air under the bed makes the material in fluidization state, and the material particles fully contact with the hot air, so as to achieve the ideal effect. The material enters the machine from the feed port, and under the action of vibration force, the material is thrown along the horizontal direction and moves forward continuously. The hot air flows upward through the fluidized bed to exchange heat with the wet materials. The wet air is discharged from the air outlet after being removed by the cyclone separator, and the dry material is discharged from the discharge port. It has very outstanding advantages: 1. Uniform fluidization can be obtained at very low gas velocity, which greatly reduces energy consumption, inter particle wear and dust entrainment; 2. The residence time distribution of the material is uniform, which can be regarded as "piston flow", and the residence time is easy to adjust and control, so the ideal moisture content of the product can be obtained.
